📖 How to Use
1. Select Images
Drag and drop or click to select the images whose background you want to remove. Most formats are supported (JPG, PNG, WebP, etc.) and you can process multiple images at once.
2. Choose Background Option
Choose transparent background (default), white background, or pick a custom color.
3. Remove Background & Download
The AI model automatically separates the foreground (people, products, etc.) from the background. Preview the result and download your PNG.

Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens entirely inside your browser. Your image files are never sent to any external server, so your privacy is fully protected.
Why is the first run slow?
On first use the AI model file (~40 MB) is downloaded. Once downloaded it is cached in your browser, so subsequent runs are much faster.
What format is the output?
Results are saved as transparent PNG files. Even when you choose a background color the output is still PNG.
Does it handle hair and fine details well?
The AI does its best with hair and complex edges, but results may not be perfect. Simpler backgrounds tend to produce the best results.
Is it suitable for product photo cutouts?
Yes. It works well for e-commerce product photos, profile pictures, logos, and similar use cases. Very complex backgrounds or semi-transparent objects may produce imperfect results.
